The IOTransfer isn't an application used to transfer files from the FTPs you have. For that operation, another app needs to be used and the best way to obtain one is from the App Store.
I've used an iPhone's App Store and searched using this string and found out plenty apps that allow you to connect to the FTP or SSH servers. Start the App Store and type "ftp client ios".
